FAQ for event organizers
What organizers want to know.
How do I book Elena Kelava as a speaker?
A speaking inquiry is uncomplicated. Ideally, send the key details right away so I can quickly check whether the date works and which format makes sense.
Helpful information includes:
- Date and location of the event
- Format: keynote, panel, workshop or online session
- Audience and number of participants
- Preferred topic or focus
- Language: German or English
You will then receive a reply and, on request, the speaker kit with topics, short bio, photo, technical requirements and fee range. After that, we briefly align topic, depth and schedule.
Which speaking topics does Elena Kelava offer?
My talks revolve around AI in marketing, digital visibility, and the question of how companies bring new technologies into daily work in a sensible way.
Typical topics include:
- AI in everyday marketing
- SEO and GEO in the age of AI
- Performance marketing & AI
- Generative Engine Optimization for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity
- AI automation for marketing and communications teams
- AI ethics, responsibility and governance
Every talk is adapted to the audience, level of knowledge and industry. The result is not a standard keynote, but a format that fits the event and the audience.
Which events is an AI talk suitable for?
An AI talk works for conferences, industry events, corporate events, training formats and internal team days. It fits especially well wherever marketing, communications, e-commerce, digitalization or change are in focus.
Possible formats:
- Keynotes for conferences and industry events
- Impulse talks for companies
- Workshops for marketing teams
- Academy and training formats
- Panels and discussions on AI, SEO and digital transformation
The focus can be strategic, practical or interactive. What matters is that the audience leaves with concrete next steps.
What sets Elena Kelava apart from other AI speakers?
I do not talk about AI from a distance. I work with AI, marketing processes, SEO, SEA, content, automation and digital tools every day. So my talks are not about theory, but about real application.
The combination is what matters:
- More than 12 years of experience in online marketing
- Focus on SEO, SEA, performance marketing and AI
- Certified AI Manager (IHK)
- Practical experience from companies, projects and workshops
- 15,000+ community around AI and marketing
The audience gets no buzzword show, but a clear assessment of what AI can really change in marketing and where it is better to stay sober.
What does a keynote or workshop cost?
The fee depends on the format, duration, travel effort and type of event. A short keynote for an online event has different conditions than a full-day in-house workshop or a conference appearance in front of a large audience.
Factors that influence the price include:
- Duration of the talk or workshop
- On-site or online format
- Preparation effort and individual adaptation
- Commercial event or community format
- Travel time and accommodation
After a short inquiry, you receive the speaker kit with the fee range and a clear assessment of which format fits your event.
Does Elena Kelava also speak in English?
Yes, talks, workshops and panels are available in German and English. This is especially relevant for international teams, conferences with English-speaking audiences, or companies that want to include multiple locations.
Mixed formats are also possible:
- Talk in German, Q&A in English
- Keynote entirely in English
- Workshop materials in English
- Bilingual coordination with the organizing team
Alignment beforehand matters, so examples, terminology and tone fit the audience. Especially with topics like AI, SEO, GEO and marketing, it pays to match the language clearly to the participants' level of knowledge.
Can talks be adapted individually?
Yes. Every talk is adapted to the event, industry and audience. A talk for a marketing team needs a different depth than a conference keynote or an impulse for executives.
Things that can be adapted individually include:
- Industry examples
- Focus on SEO, GEO, Google Ads or AI workflows
- Strategic or operational depth
- Duration and interaction
- German or English
That way, the talk does not stay generic but connects to the questions your audience actually has. That is exactly the difference between a nice impulse and a talk your team keeps discussing afterwards.
What technology is needed for a talk?
The technical requirements are manageable and depend on the format. For a classic on-site keynote, a projector or LED wall, sound, a way to present, and a headset or handheld microphone for larger rooms are usually enough.
Typically needed:
- HDMI or USB-C connection
- Presentation screen, projector or LED wall
- Clicker or own way to control slides
- Headset or microphone in larger rooms
- Stable WiFi for live demos
All details are in the speaker kit. If live demos with AI tools are planned, internet, data protection and tool access are clarified in advance.
Are there also AI workshops for companies?
Yes, in addition to keynotes, in-house workshops and team formats are possible. These are especially suitable for companies that do not just want to talk about AI, but test concrete applications in their daily work.
Possible workshop focus areas:
- AI in everyday marketing
- ChatGPT and prompting for teams
- AI workflows for content, SEO and campaigns
- GEO and visibility in AI search systems
- AI governance and responsible use
A good workshop does not end with a list of tools. The goal is that the team takes away concrete next steps, first workflows, and a better feel for the opportunities and limits of AI.
How far in advance should I send an inquiry?
The earlier, the better. For larger conferences, corporate days or events involving travel, several weeks to months of lead time make sense. Short-notice inquiries are still possible if the date works.
As a rough guide:
- Online impulses: often possible on short notice
- On-site keynotes: ideally 4 to 8 weeks in advance
- Workshops: ideally 3 to 6 weeks in advance
- Larger events: preferably several months ahead
A few details are enough for the first inquiry. After that, it is quick to clarify whether date, topic and format fit together.
